SK Hynix Launches Mass Production of 12-Layer HBM4 for NVIDIA

SK Hynix has officially launched mass production of 12-layer HBM4 for NVIDIA, with the product entering the capacity ramp-up phase. This marks the first time HBM4 has completed all quality certifications for its final specifications, aimed at NVIDIA's next-generation AI platform, Vera Rubin. Starting from September this year, SK Hynix is expected to expand the shipment scale of HBM4 to meet NVIDIA's demand for high-end computing chips.
