MINIMAX-W (00100.HK) announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it plans to place 35.6 million new Class A shares at a placing price of HKD 268.00 per share, representing a discount of 9.89%. The estimated proceeds from the placement are approximately HKD 9.5408 billion.
