Earlier today, BNC announced the purchase of 200,000 BNB, with a total expenditure of approximately $160 million, becoming the world's largest corporate BNB holder. CEA Industries (BNC) completed a $500 million private placement led by YZi Labs on August 5th, 2025, to support its BNB-centered treasury strategy. The company, previously trading under the ticker symbol VAPE, rebranded to BNC on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025.
