Why Hasn’t My Deposit Arrived On WEEX?
If your withdrawal hasn't arrived, please review the following common issues that may be causing the delay or loss:
- Wrong Token Type
Make sure the cryptocurrency you deposited matches the exact token listed on the WEEX platform. Even slight differences in token names can lead to permanent loss of funds. For example, depositing a token with a similar symbol but a different contract (like USDT-TRC20 instead of USDT-ERC20) may result in the funds not being credited.
- Incorrect Address or Network
Double-check that you're using the correct deposit address and blockchain network. For instance, do not send ETH to a BTC address or BNB to an ERC20 address. Similarly, assets from one blockchain network (like ERC20) should never be sent to an address on another network (like BNB Chain or OPBNB). Mismatched deposits often cannot be recovered.
- Below Minimum Deposit Amount
WEEX has a minimum deposit limit for each token, clearly listed on the deposit page. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be non-recoverable. Please verify the minimum amount before transferring funds.
- Irretrievable Errors (OPBNB Misdeposit)
Deposits made using the wrong network such as OPBNB to a non-compatible address cannot be recovered. Please be extremely cautious when selecting your network and address before transferring funds.
For a smooth experience, always verify the token, network, address, and minimum deposit amount before making any transactions. If you're unsure, contact WEEX customer support @weexencs before proceeding.
